BMR-P series programmable resistor modules use optocouplers as switching switches for the resistor network, isolating the drive circuit from the output resistor, featuring a typical switching speed of 1ms. The semiconductor switch has a relatively long service life and no oscillations are generated during the switching process, making it suitable for applications with frequent switching actions.
The standard version of the BMR-P series supports 2-channel outputs covering the output range of 3Ω-1MΩ, with a step resolution of approximately 0.13Ω and a power rating of up to 0.5W (max. voltage 60V). In terms of accuracy, the series overcomes the disadvantage of large on-resistance of optocouplers, and the initial accuracy of Class B can easily reach ±(0.04%+0.1Ω) in the full output range.
BMR-P series supports 6~24V wide voltage power supply, and optional rich communication interfaces (isolated RS485, RS232 and CAN), of which RS485 supports maximum 256 nodes networking.
In addition, the module housing is designed to fit the industrial application scenarios and supports standard DIN rail mounting.
